Join one of the group retreats scheduled in the year. We can accommodate a maximum of 9 and a minimum of 4 participants
These retreats are suited to anyone who is grappling with a particular challenge in their life currently, like navigating a separation, empty nest, dealing with loss, or a recurring issue that refuses to resolve or simply wish to deepen their self awareness and take another step on their healing journey.
These retreats are not suited to anyone who is in active addiction, those with very severe mental health issues or someone that has experienced a significant, very recent loss.
When you join a retreat we will explore patterns that no longer serve us (or our families!). We will explore our strengths and resources (both seen and unseen) and discover how to deepen our relationship with them. We will use the methodology of Family Constellations to help us understand where we have gotten entangled and where we can receive support from previous generations. This can help us to orient towards the present moment as well as make healthier choices going forward. We will use art making, movement and play to enable integration and insight. We will be supported by the natural environment whose wisdom is a bottomless resource.
Each day we will do 1 or 2 constellations and work with writing, art making, movement and connecting with the natural environment to enable insight, release and integration.
There will also be time to go for walks in the mountains, forest and veld on your own or with other group members. You will be invited to disconnect from the noise to listen more deeply.
You will have the opportunity to benefit from the group wisdom and discover you are not alone on your journey. Your co-travellers will be some of your most valuable teachers.
You will share delicious, farm-style, homemade meals, sleep in comfortable beds in the cottages and caravans in the extraordinary amphitheater of the Sneeuberg mountains.
